Buton: Understanding the Southeast Sulawesi Energy Security Management is about a little theme to demonstrate a landscape of oil management system in building a world energy security from the perspective of energy in a small village were I used to live in Buton Island, Indonesia.
This place was extremely incredible roommates located in small village, it was enough to entirely counter the Middle Indonesian oil energy supply. So, I recommended to concerned about this topic in NATO to understand the situation, particularly in energy security.
In small village namely PT Pertamina (Persero) Baubau Fuel Terminal is located at Jl. Dayanu Ikhsanuddin KM. 8, Sulaa Village, Betoambari District, Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Phone: 0402-2822990.
TBBM Baubau perform operations such as receiving, stockpiling, and distribution of fuel. Receipt of fuel via tanker with 35,000 DWT ship mooring facilities supplied from: Indonesian refineries, fuel terminals other, and Imports (special premium).
Fuel hoarding facilities supported by eight (8) pieces piled tank with a capacity of 100,000 KL: Premium: 2 x tank capacity of 15,000 and 2 x tank capacities of 10,000, and M. Solar: 2 x tank capacity of 15,000 and 2 x tank capacities of 10,000.
Fuel distribution is working in two ways:
(1). Via Tanker, for supplying fuel to a fuel terminal that is less like: Kendari, Raha, Kolaka, Palopo and others, for distribution via tankers, have facilities in TBBM Baubau dock mooring capacity of 6500 DWT; and (2). Via the vehicle tank, to supply to the surrounding communities such: Baubau City and several district such as: Buton, North Buton, Bombana and Wakatobi.
All operational processes in TBBM Baubau working automatically and controlled in an integrated system that is connected, that I call as “Best Oil Security Management.”
